chemical analysis,

micro structure analysis,

tensile strength,

elongation,

modulus of elasticity and

other tests and maintaining process from quality control to quality assurance.

Our in-house facilities for regular testing and analysis of castings includes emission spectrometer –

for analysis of chemical composition,

hardness testing machines (BHN & HRB) and

metallurgical microscope for evaluation of micro structure

along with the

profile projector and impact hardness tester.
